“I was quite nervous before my 4.5 hour gum surgery that I needed. I had not had conscious sedation before. Everything about the procedure is explained very well via email letter, with the option to phone directly if I had any questions or worries. The details of the procedure were explained again by Dr Andre von Backstrom before the procedure. The setting up of the sedation is painless and takes effect very quickly. The time seems to go very fast, and whilst I could hear and understand what was being done I felt virtually no pain during the 4.5 hours of surgery. The one point where I could feel slight pain, a raise of my hand prompted Dr von Backstrom to administer more medication via the intravenous system on my arm. I had full confidence in Dr von Backstrom and of course my specialist surgeon. Post procedure I can, if I wish, speak to Dr von Backstrom directly, however that has not been necessary. I thoroughly recommend Sedation Solutions LLP.”

“I was terrified having a necessary but invasive dental surgery, but Dr Malik from Sedation Solutions was very professional and personable at the same time.
